Wildlife abounds in this location, just an hour north of Salt Lake City.
We took a half-day trip to Antelope Island to check out the wildlife, which did not disappoint! Besides bison, we saw mule deer, great horned owls, porcupines sleeping in trees, and more. This place is super convenient to Salt Lake and easy to navigate. It has various trails, from very easy to moderately strenuous. We go at least a few times a year!
