We create our paper prints on Fuji Crystal Professional Archive Maxima, or a high gloss paper that allows details and colors to pop. Displaying it will require a mat and/or a frame. Our canvas prints allow for a more homey, textured look with an architectural feel due to their 3D nature. The canvas print is in matte format, the least reflective, and best for areas with abundant light.
In the unlikely event that your prints arrive damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the type of print ordered. We use a company based in Germany to provide the highest quality prints. Prints can take up to two weeks to arrive.
Yes, we offer international shipping through our supplier. However, please note that additional customs fees and import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
